1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing browsepreviewhub.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services. These terms apply to visitors from the Philippines and other regions unless local law requires otherwise.
2. Services Description
Browse Preview Hub Consulting provides programming consulting, workshops, and advisory engagements described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are defined in separate statements of work, not solely by website copy.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, respect intellectual property of materials we share under NDA, and not misuse the site for unlawful scraping, spam, or interference with security controls.
4. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and pre-existing methodologies remain our property unless assigned in writing. Engagement deliverables transfer as specified in your statement of work. You retain ownership of your code and data you provide.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or consulting advice. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the prior three months.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts in Metro Manila shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your locality.
7. Dispute Resolution
Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days before pursuing arbitration or courts. For business clients, arbitration may be specified in the statement of work.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend site access for violations. Engagement-specific termination is governed by your contract.
