Money-Back Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid consulting engagements booked through Browse Preview Hub Consulting with fees stated in PHP on this site or in a statement of work.
2. Eligibility Window
For standard workshops and sprints, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if the engagement has not started and no preparatory interviews were delivered.
3. Partial Refunds
If we cancel a scheduled session, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund of unused fees. If you cancel after materials were prepared, up to thirty percent (30%) may be retained to cover allocated consultant time.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party tooling costs, travel already incurred, and completed deliverables are non-refundable. Rush scheduling fees, if any, are noted in your contract and are non-refundable once work begins.
5. Refund Process
Email hello@browsepreviewhub.digital with your invoice reference and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Processing Time
Refunds typically post within seven to fourteen business days depending on your bank or card issuer in the Philippines.
7. Consumer Rights and Cancellation
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Philippine Consumer Act or other applicable law. For ongoing coaching, either party may terminate per the statement of work with pro-rated settlement of completed sessions.
